In this internship position you'll get the opportunity to contribute to a research project dedicated to cheese textures. We will involve your knowledge in analyzing relevant textural properties per requirement (f.e. melting, shredding & smoothness). We ask you to perform sensory and textural evaluation (rheometer & texture analyzer) of our Leerdammer cheeses and her competitive products. We require you to set up a textural analyze database based on product requirements.
This internship position offers you the chance to gain in depth knowledge on food textures and gaining more experience in the world of texture development.
